Flower Parade next year, resident asked if PC would be entering a float. Advised that is very time consuming and hard work but if there were a group who would like to get together to make a float the Parish Council would support them.
Mr Fleming asked why the cemetery and Hunters Way were in a poor state. Council confirmed there had been a problem with contractors, but they are in constant communication. Clerk had Chair had been regularly visiting the cemetery to note work progress. If any problems arise in the future the preferred action is to report direct to clerk and not social media.
Mr Fleming also asked if any preparations were in hand for the Kings Coronation. Again, if a group would like to organise an event the Parish Council would be willing to assist. It is more likely that it would be done of a smaller basis with street parties.
