POLICE REPORT
Another surgery to be held in the Library on Friday 25th November
90/22 APOLOGIES were received and accepted from Cllr Rollinson.
91/22 TO RECEIVE DECLARATION OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011
None
92/22 TO RECEIVE DRAFT NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Cllr King seconded Cllr R Wray.
93/22 TO RECEIVE UPDATES FROM CLERK –
Tree in Market Place. Approached South Holland two options, reduce canopy or remove tree completely and replace with better species to avoid continual expense to the PC. Council agreed there is no need to remove tree to be replaced, agreed to continue with work to existing trees.
94/22 TO RECEIVE UPDATES FROM IDEA
Firework display a success. Lottery to begin again January.
95/22 TO RECEIVE FINANCE REPORT
Council payments authorised as per schedule

96/22 TO RECEIVE LIBRARY UPDATES
Very successful craft day.
97/22 TO DISCUSS PLANNING APPLICATIONS RECEIVED THIS MONTH.
H04/0849/11 – proposed photovoltaic solar display to connect to Bicker Fen. Only visually affect Donington.
98/22 TO RECEIVE MEMBERS REPORTS
PL– Toilet cleaner still has no access to the storeroom. Cllr Lovell believes he may be able to take off door to solve problem. Agreed to proceed.
NB – Complaints of thoughtless parking at Cowley Academy. Cllr King to speak with school. Mr C had also complained as a danger to children. Police to be advised.
Peacock has a drainpipe hanging off the building over the footpath. Rats also seen on site. Cllr King to report to environmental. Hunters Way overgrown. In hand contractor to attend over the next couple of weeks.
GL – Complaints again regarding the walled area at the entrance to Park Lane. Safety issues but Planning say there is no problem. Park Lane streetlight out again.
RW – potholes still Northorpe Road. Cllr King to report Again.
JK – reminder Remembrance service Sunday 13th and Christmas 4th December.

New Lease sent to tenants for signature.
