Present Couns Baldwin, Abbott, Burdall, Hawkins, King, Lovell, Lunn, Robinson, Stanley and L & R Wray. Lincs Coun Councillor Grocock, a member of the public and a press representative.
119/19 POLICE REPORT –
120/19 TO RECEIVE DECLARATION OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011 None
121/19 DRAFT NOTES OF LAST MEETING – Were signed as a true copy, to become minutes. Proposed Coun King seconded Coun Hawkins.
122/19 MATTERS ARISING –
Coun Lunn placed grant application with Triton Knoll for Market Place works.
123/19 TO DISCUSS REMEDIAL WORKS TO MARKET PLACE.

Firework profit approx. £1500.
Magazine may have a new editor which Malcolm will mentor during 2020.
Steve the volunteer in the park is leaving the area, cannot leave to remaining volunteers. May the Council litter picker for park.
Margaret Wright had applied for a grant from Wind Farm Trust for new mower and container for Flinders Park.
Damage to band stand railings, Matt Cole has repaired.

H04-1044-19 Extensions to 9 Highfield Road – no objections
Arb Core, appeal due asked if Parish Council could write and support the application. Agreed.
129/19 CORRESPONDENCE -
Request from IDEA regarding monies from section 106 received grant for new mower for park but wasn’t full amount for mower and unit to store it. £900 short. Dist Coun King agreed to use some of her allowance
130/19 MEMBERS REPORTS
AB – feels Facebook is getting out of control and comments received are not really what the idea of the page was for, too many cutting remarks. All councillors agreed, Administrators to deal with.

Drainage gullies between chemist and Chinese require attention
RG – Towndam Lane, spoken with LCC job initiated for end of Nov. cars parking at Church Hall, with poor visibility and speeding. Request speed gun.
JS – burst water main reported in Church Lane
Can zebra crossing have bigger sized sign, many near misses have been witnessed
Thank you Liz Wray for hedges and verges in Northorpe Road
NB – can Coun L Wray make her an administrator to help with input etc. on Facebook. No problem.
Can old GB cameras be removed from her shop please, not professional for new CCTV supplier. All agreed.

GL – streetlight out in Millsons Close
DH Northorpe Road speeding signs not having the effect hoped
EMR investing £600m into upgrading rail line. Can some be used in Donington to open station
