Details of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING to be held remotely on Thursday 6th May 2021 commencing at 7.00 p.m.,
PUBLIC FORUM
Paul Slater advised Donington Angling club had received from Bicker Trust. Dog walkers in Flinders Park do not have to be on a lead, having said that there is nowhere else for dogs to run free. Could the footpath along side the Teen Park be an ideal place? It is a Public Footpath and could be used.
ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
Present – Cllrs Stanley, Abbott, Burdall, Hawkins, King, Lunn, Lovell, Robinson, Rollinson, L Wray and R Wray.
52/21 ELECTION OF CHAIR and Completion of Declaration of Office. Proposed Cllr Lovell seconded Cllr Wray that Cllr Stanley be re-elected. Cllr Stanley agreed and signed declaration of office.
53/21 APOLOGIES
Were received and accepted from Dist Cllr Walsh and Cllr Grocock
54/21 NOTES OF LAST MEETING
Were signed to become minutes, proposed Cllr King seconded Cllr Hawkins.
55/21 MATTERS ARISING -nothing
Chair and Clerk met in Flinders Park and have spoken with IDEA and agreed on four blossom trees to fill the gap which is overlooked by properties in Highfield Road from the new play equipment.
56/21 POLICE REPORT – nothing received, ongoing investigations regarding problems with a family in Arnhem Way.
57/21 TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011.

61/21 TO DISCUSS SECTION 106 MONIES
Flinders Founders had been successful in grant application for £5000. £5000 required to complete project of new fencing on left of park.
IDEA had received quotation from GB for new CCTV and 3 cameras, £4591.46, recording will be updated and there is remote access for authorised personnel.
Addition costs of new cabling, which can be installed at the cost of the PC, but GB will charge £1500 for that.
Community Centre may also be looking for monies towards gates and fencing. It was therefore proposed Cllr Rollinson seconded Cllr L Wray that requests for specific amounts be brought to the table for next meeting when the allocation will be decided.

Cllr Rollinson seconded Cllr Hawkins.
64/21 LIBRARY UPDATE
In view of the fact there are many little picking groups around the County. Lincolnshire CC has asked if equipment could be sourced at the local library’s would that be agreeable. Volunteers at library said no problem with that.
65/21 PLANNING
H04-0455-21 retrospective for shutters at 12 High Street. All agreed this application should be supported.
66/21 MEMBERS REPORTS
NB some time ago asked if electricity usage for CCTV could be tested as the electric is quite high even during lock down. Clerk to speak with GH
PL request for no sub-station traffic to use Northorpe Road. Clerk to speak with Viking Link
JS – antiques market to be held in Market Place. Permission requesting banner for railings in Market Place. Had compost and plants donated for tubs in village. Is anyone available to help weed the area as it is looking a little unsightly. Paul Slater offered his services.
LW – residents are complaining regarding the appearance and smells of the pig farm in Northorpe Road. To be reported to Environmental.
68/21 ANY OTHER BUSINESS Clerk advised can no longer hold zoom meetings so looking for alternative meeting room as the back room at Ruby Hunt is not large enough for sufficient social distancing. Main room suggested. Clerk to check availability as soon as possible.
